Origin Continent:: South America
Category: Invertebrate Subterranean Cryptid

Weight: 30 tons
Durability: Minhoaco?s are virtually indestructible. Their armor repels all bullets, bombs, and any other advanced weapons man can devise. However, objects like boulders can crush their shells, and they can be lured into running straight into a mountain, a blow which would crush their skull and kill them.
General Temperament: Minhoacos are omnivorous, eating anything they can find. They have been known to devour trees, dirt, and people alike. Nonetheless, they are not very aggressive or intelligent, though once they find prey they will chase it with a relentless passion.
Enemies: None
Prey: Anything that moves
Special Abilities: Besides being the equivalent of living tanks, Minhoacos can detect any movement above ground via vibrations. They burrow at speeds fast enough to cause small tremors and can uproot entire sections of forest when looking for prey.
